How do I inflate the collar?
Pinch the bottom of the valve and use an inflation tool to inflate the collar. Folding the small slit at the bottom of the valve to widen the air inlet will make inflation easier and faster. Adjust the inflation amount as needed.

Do I need to make an inflation hole for the inflation valve myself?
We use leak-proof inflation valves with a small slit on the inside bottom wall. When combined with the stopper, it provides a tight seal, keeping air inside the collar and reducing the frequency of inflation.

How to deflate the collar?
Pinch the bottom of the valve and squeeze to deflate the collar. Folding the small slit at the bottom of the valve to widen the air outlet will make deflation quicker.

Can my dog still reach wounds with the donut collar?
For most dogs, our donut collar is a better alternative to the dreaded "cone of shame." However, it may not be suitable for every dog, especially those with longer bodies and wounds at the end.
