Make sure fence wires are properly insulated and not touching anything.
Disconnect the energizer and test the battery alone:
If it holds charge → issue is with the fence setup.
If not → contact the seller.

Why does the voltage tester show no reading?
Battery may be low after shipping - charge with AC adapter for 24+ hours.
The solar panel does NOT store power; it only maintains the battery.

Turn the energizer OFF.
Charge fully: 24 hours with AC adapter, or 3 full days in direct sunlight.
