      Pets can't tell you when they're too warm. Extended use above 97°F (36°C) risks low-temperature burns. That's why only Levels 1–2 (86°F–92°F) are safe for unsupervised or overnight use. Higher levels are for quick warming only.

    • Why does the USB heating pad require a 5V/2A charger or power bank?

      Power determines performance. 5V/2A provides 10W—the minimum needed for proper heating. A standard 5V/1A phone charger only delivers 5W, which is insufficient, Slow heating, or no heat at all. Always use 5V/2A or higher for reliable warmth.
