Product description

  • Is the color consistent across all units?

Natural bamboo with a clear coat means slight color variation is normal. Root sections are warmer honey, upper sections lighter cream. This is not a defect but a mark of genuine bamboo. Each piece is unique. Check product images for reference.

  • Are the 8 hooks spaced enough? Do they fold or are they fixed?

At 33.2 inches long, the rack provides generous spacing so thick coats won't crowd. The hooks are fixed for maximum stability, yet concealed beneath the bamboo frame for a clean, minimalist look when not in use.

  • Is the top shelf flat? I worry keys or sunglasses might slide off when the door slams.

The top shelf is a recessed tray with a raised lip, not a flat board. This design keeps keys, mail, wallet, and sunglasses stable and secure, even with door vibrations.

  • Will there be visible screws on the front after mounting?

No visible screws at all. A keyhole design on the back allows the rack to sit flush against the wall, hiding all hardware. This creates a screw-free floating appearance that complements modern and Japandi decor.

  • I'm not great at DIY. Is it hard to install and keep level? Will screws show?

Installation is guesswork-free. A 1:1 paper mounting template marks exact drill holes for a level fit. The keyhole design hides all hardware, creating a clean, screw-free floating look on your wall.

  • INTEGRATED TOP SHELF & CONCEALED HOOKS: Maximize space with a built-in recessed top shelf for keys, mail, or small decor. Below, 8 high-strength metal hooks are elegantly concealed beneath the bamboo frame, delivering clean lines and ready-to-use storage.
  • PREMIUM BAMBOO & HEAVY-DUTY CAPACITY: Crafted from solid bamboo with a moisture-resistant clear varnish to preserve its natural texture. Since bamboo is sourced from different parts of the stalk—with natural variations where roots are a warmer yellow and middle/top sections are lighter—the actual item may have slight color variations (darker or lighter) from the pictures. Supported by deeply embedded metal hardware, each hook holds up to 44 lbs (110 lbs total capacity when mounted to studs) to confidently hang heavy parkas and loaded backpacks.
  • EXTRA-LONG 33" LENGTH FOR LARGER SPACES: No more crowded hooks. At 33 inches wide, this rack provides generous spacing between garments—perfect for spacious hallways, luxury condo mudrooms, walk-in closets, and professional offices.
  • FOOLPROOF MOUNTING & FLOATING LOOK: A hassle-free upgrade for your wall. Includes premium hardware, a paper mounting template for precise drill-hole placement, and a secure keyhole design that hides all screws for a seamless floating appearance. It is an ideal decorative wall hanger to keep your home clutter-free.
  • EFFORTLESS CLEANING & GARMENT CARE: Protect your finest clothes. The streamlined design wipes clean easily with a damp cloth. Meticulously chamfered metal hooks provide a smooth, snag-free hold to protect delicate silks and tailored coats from damage.
