Do I have to subscribe the Cloud Storage service and AI Recognition smart services ?
No, they are optional.
Except for the above two features, all others are free with no monthly fees or subscription
Even without a subscription, you can still see a 6-second free cloud event clip. (Remember to turn on the 6-second switch)

Where can linsert the MicroSD card?
The SD card slot is located to the bottom of the camera lens. lt is recommended to insert the TF card after power is cut.
Note: SD card (the format is FAT32 ) needs to be purchased separately.

Does the indoor camera wireless need to be plugged in all the time to work?
Yes, it must be plugg-in, while it connects to your network wirelessly via Wi-Fi (eliminating data cables)

Adjust the motion detection sensitivity through the app based on the monitoring distance and environment togvoid missedessive notfcotionse

Does it support 5G Hz Wi-Fi?
Yes! Our camera is dual-band intelligently adapted to support 2.4GHz (wide coverage) and 5GHz (faster transmission) WiFi.
If can’t connect, it is recommended to place the device closer to the router or reset the device and add it to the App again.
