Yes. It's designed for 4-season use. Use it as a heated bed in cold weather, or remove the pad and use it as a soft everyday pet bed in spring, summer, and fall. One bed, year-round comfort.

Does it work with a power bank for travel?
Yes. Use the included 5V3A wall adapter at home, or a power bank or car USB charger rated 5V/2A or higher. Works in cars, crates, carriers, camping, and sheltered outdoor area. Important: Input power below 5V/2A may cause the pad to not heat properly

How do I clean it? Is it machine washable?
The cat bed is machine washable. The IP55 water-resistant heating pad is wipe-clean only—do not soak or machine wash. Always unplug and remove the cord before cleaning. Keep the USB connector dry.

Why does the bed feel only slightly warm to the touch?
That's normal. Gentle heat is a built-in safety design. In open air, it dissipates quickly, feeling only slightly warm. When your pet lies on it, their body traps the heat to reach the set temperature.
