  • How do I clean it? Is it machine washable?

    The removable fleece cover is machine washable. The heating pad IP55 water-resistent surface is wipe-clean only—do not soak or machine wash. Keep the USB connector dry. Always unplug and remove the cord before cleaning.

  • What size should I choose for my pet?

    Small 11.5" x 8.5" fits cats, kittens, and toy dogs. Medium 16.5" x 12.5" fits small to medium dogs. The pad works standalone or as an insert inside any pet bed, crate, or carrier.

  • Why does the heating pad surface feel not very warm to the touch?

    That's normal. Gentle heat is a built-in safety design. In open air, it dissipates quickly, feeling only slightly warm. When your pet lies on it, their body traps the heat to reach the set temperature.
