Use methods：
1. Switch button
Long press for 3 seconds to turn on the first gear, short press to switch between the second, third, fourth, fifth, and first gears in a cycle.Long press the button to turn off. Double-click the button to display the battery level, and after 3 seconds, it will automatically switch to the gear or standby state.
2. Quick heating button
Long press for 3 seconds to turn on and select five levels (rapidly heat to 58 degrees and then return to normal temperature level).Short press to cycle through gears 4, 3, 2, 1, and 5.Long press the button to turn off. Double-click the button to display the battery level, and it will automatically switch to the gear or standby state after 3 seconds.

First level heating temperature: 34-37 ℃; Second level heating temperature: 38-42 ℃; Three levels of heating temperature: 43-47 ℃; Four level heating temperature: 48-51 ℃; Five level heating temperature: 52-55 ℃.
