Why is inflating and deflating difficult?
Please carefully review our accompanying instruction manual. Inflating: Press the inflation button repeatedly. Deflating: Locate the deflation valve on the back and open the last vent to release the air from the cushion.

Why doesn't it improve my comfort?
Different usage scenarios will result in different experiences. On soft surfaces (office chairs), it may not significantly improve comfort, but it will effectively relieve tailbone pain. On hard surfaces (floors), it will greatly improve comfort.

Why doesn't pressing the adjustment button work?
Locate the air pressure adjust button. Press the central pressure relief valve all the way down to release air and gradually reduce supporting pressure until you reach your preferred comfort level.
