The actual color is khaki natural wicker tone. Several customers have noted it appears slightly darker in person than studio photos — typical for hand-photographed natural-toned products.

Can I quickly remove the basket for grocery shopping and put it back?
No — The handle on top is decorative (matches the classic cruiser aesthetic), not a quick-release. If you need a removable grocery basket, consider a front handlebar basket or a clip-on pannier instead.

Will my Yorkie, Pomeranian, or small Cavalier fit safely?
Yes — up to 20 lb (9 kg). Interior 16.1" × 11.4" × 7.48" deep. Fits Yorkies, Pomeranians, mini Cavaliers, Chihuahuas, and small cats comfortably. We recommend adding a soft pet liner cushion + a short safety leash clip to a fixed loop.

Do I need both the screws AND the cable ties to install?
No — choose ONE method based on your bike. Standard bikes with thin rear racks: use the steel screw kit + screwdriver. Fat-tube E-bikes (Lectric, Aventon, Heybike, Rad Power): use the 4 included cable ties instead. Both sets ship in every package.

Is the wicker real rattan or plastic?
