We recommend resetting the device. Make sure Wi‑Fi is turned on (note: the Wi‑Fi password cannot contain any special characters). The white light on the feeder will blink to indicate it’s ready to connect.

Can the feeding schedule be customized?
Yes, the feeder lets you set up to 10 meals per day, with 1–15 portions per meal. One portion ≈ 8g ≈ 1 tbsp. We suggest testing the food dispenser portion beforehand to find the right amount.

Does this feeder dispense food balance and reliably?
Of course, the feeder’s two bowls will split the food 100% evenly, and it will dispense exactly according to the feeding schedule you set.

Does the feeder have a backup power option?
The feeder can be powered by a power adapter or batteries. We recommend plugging it in and installing three D-size batteries as backup. On battery alone, app remote control is disabled, but the scheduled feeding plan will still work.

Does it work for multiple cats?
And yes, the feeder has two bowls, so it works well for multi‑cat households. Please note: it’s not recommended for medium or large dogs, and it only supports dry kibble sizes between 0.07 and 0.5 inches.
