How do I connect it to water supply?
It comes with a 1/2" pipe and 3/4" GHT hose adapter, which connects to a standard garden hose with hose adapter. PTFE sealing tape is also included to help prevent leakage.

Need to remove the bowl before cleaning?
No,itt features a drainplug at the bottom that allows you to flush out wastewater without fully removing the unit. This means you can rinse and drain it while it remains wall-mounted.

The water bowl was made of 304 stainless-steel, sturdy and durable suitable for outdoor all year round.

How can I fix the buoyancy to shut off the water?
If water is overflowing or won’t stop, check to see if the float assembly moves freely inside the tank. If the float is stuck, keep the float valve clean to ensure it works reliably. If the float is defective, we also offer replacement floats.
