What if I accidentally cut the zip ties before installation?
If you accidentally cut the zip ties before installation, just replace them to secure the posts and continue installing—the gate will work fine.
-
Is it normal for there to be a gap between the door lock and frame before installation?
Yes. Gaps between door lock and frame are normal and will be resolved after installation.
-
There are no threads in the hole— is that normal?
Yes, it’s normal!—Our gate’s pressure-mounted design has smooth holes with no threads to allow easy, secure, and relocatable installation.
- NEW DESIGN SMALL PET DOOR: The upgraded 7" x 5.8" cat door features 3 adjustable settings for controlled access. It stays securely in place while giving cats a convenient way to roam freely and helping keep larger pets in their designated space.
- LARGE & WIDE: Fits 29–43 inch openings with included extensions, making it easy to adjust the width for stairs, doorways, and hallways. Standing 30 inches tall, it provides a sturdy barrier for medium-sized pets while giving you flexible coverage for everyday spaces.
- EASY TO SET UP & USE: Quick pressure-mounted installation requires no tools or drilling, making setup simple without wall damage. The door gently auto-closes behind you or stays open when needed, while convenient one-hand operation makes it easy to pass through even when your hands are full.
- SAFE & FIRM: Made of durable steel, this pet gate can withstand up to 210 lbs of heavy impact, helping keep the gate firmly in place when pets push or bump against it. The secure triple-lock design keeps the gate closed while remaining easy for adults to operate.
- WHAT YOU GET: Includes 1 main gate, 2 × 2.7" extensions, 1 × 5.5" extension, 4 tension bolts and wall cups for pressure mounting, plus 4 screws and drywall anchors for hardware mounting.
