The upgraded 7.5 x 12" cat door can be locked by sliding up and down in 4 levels, which solves the problem that other pet door gates do not stay locked in place. It is easy for small pets to pass through and separate pets of different sizes.
What is the adjusted size of the cat door?
Level 1-2: 7.5"x3.15" & 7.5"x6.3", enough for kittens, dwarf rabbits, chinchillas and other pets to pass through; Level 3-4: 7.5"x9" & 7.5"x12", enough for adult cats and small dogs to pass through; Completely Closed: Prevent all your pets from passing.

What if I accidentally misoperation cut the zip ties before installation?
Don't panic. You can use zip ties to re-tighten the two posts near the door lock opening and install the baby gate.

Is it normal for there to be a gap between the door lock and frame before installation?
Yes. Gaps between door lock and frame are normal and will be resolved after installation.

How wide should the gap in a door lock be kept after installation?
After you have completed the installation, please check whether the gap in your door lock is within 2 mm. If not, please tighten the bolt adjustment.

There are no threads in the hole. Is this normal?
