How do I inflate and secure the collar?
It's very easy! First, open the zipper on the side. Then, inflate the collar using a balloon pump or your mouth until it feels about 80% full (do not over-inflate). Finally, thread your pet's everyday collar through the inner ring loops to secure.

My dog keeps trying to take it off. What should I do?
It's normal for pets to need an adjustment period. To prevent them from removing it, always thread your pet's existing collar through the loops on the inside of the donut. This secures it firmly in place. Supervise your pet during the first use.

Is this collar suitable for all dog breeds?
Our collar fits a wide range of breeds. However, for dogs with long snouts (like Dachshunds or Greyhounds), we recommend measuring carefully and monitoring the first use to ensure they cannot reach their wounds.
