    Sizes S & M dog beds are vacuum sealed for shipping. Compressed sponge filling is normal, not a quality defect. Restore fluffiness:

    1.Leave 24–48 hours post-unpacking for natural rebound.

    2.For faster recovery, tumble dry the whole bed on low heat.

  • Why does the center filling bulge too high after unpacking and using S & M size beds?

    S & M sizes of this dog bed are shipped in vacuum-sealed packaging. After compression, the bottom may slightly bulge toward the center. This is normal and not a design or quality issue. Simply pat gently to reshape it for a better appearance.

  • Are all sizes equipped with a removable cover?

    Our S & M sizes are one-piece (no removable covers), machine washable on gentle and low tumble dry. Only the L size has a zippered removable cover for easy deep cleaning. Varied structures maintain bolster shape after repeated washes.

  • Why does the dog bed feel uneven inside in use? Its shape & bottom fabric texture seem inconsistent with the description

    This usually happens when the dog bed is reversed. For S & M sizes,flip out the black non-slip base inside. Use it correctly with corduroysurface facing up and

    black non-slip bottom touching the ground. Check the 4th main imaage for reference
