What sizes are available, and which size should I choose?

Two sizes available. Small (6.2”, 1.1 cup) suits cats and small dogs under 35 lbs. Medium (7.8”, 2.3 cup) suits medium to large dogs under 70 lbs like Golden Retrievers and Labradors. When in doubt, size up.
The bowl looks shallow — will it still slow my dog down?

Yes. The raised maze ridges (0.59” for Small, 0.67” for Medium) effectively slow eating pace even at this depth. For very fast or aggressive eaters, we recommend the Medium for more ridge coverage.
Is the non-slip base strong enough for energetic dogs?

Yes. A silicone grip ring is molded directly onto the base — no stickers, no removable parts. It holds firm on tile, hardwood, and marble. The ceramic weight (1.2 lbs / 2.2 lbs) adds extra stability.
Is this bowl suitable for cats?
