Q1: What types of floors can I use this electric mop on?
A: It is designed for sealed hard floors, including hardwood, tile, laminate, vinyl, marble, and similar moisture-safe surfaces. Do not use it on unsealed wood or flooring that should not be exposed to water.

Q2: Does the mop move forward by itself?
A: The two rotating pads create a self-propelled motion that helps guide the mop forward with less pushing. You still control the direction and speed while cleaning around furniture and through different rooms.

Q3: How long does the battery last on one charge?
A: The 2000mAh rechargeable battery provides approximately 30–50 minutes of use per charge. Actual runtime may vary depending on floor conditions, spray use, and how the mop is operated.

Q4: Can I put floor-cleaning solution in the water tank?
A: We recommend filling the tank with clean water. For additional cleaning power, dilute a floor-compatible solution separately and spray it directly onto the floor before using the mop. This helps protect the internal spray system.
