    The mat activates only when your pet touches two wires at once. Small paws may slip—place the mat in high-traffic areas first. Once your pet learns, move it to your preferred spot. For long-haired breeds, a quick paw trim ensures reliable contact.

  • Why doesn't my pet seem afraid after getting shocked?

    The mat has a safety feature that stops after 5 continuous shocks. If your pet tolerates this, they may stay put. Move them off the mat and switch to a stronger setting.

  • Do I need to buy a 9V battery for it? How long will the battery last?

    1. The product is rechargeable, you don't need to buy batteries for it.

    2. If the mat is at the lowest setting and your pet doesn't go near the mat after being shocked, the battery can last up to 30 days.
