Does my phone need to be near the dog for the Dogtra Smart NoBark to work?
No, the collar works on its own once setup is complete in the app. You only need to be within e-collar range when you want to adjust settings, view Barkmeter data, or receive notifications.

Yes. The Dogtra Smart NoBark is designed to detect and respond to barking, whining, and howling. Its smart detection system helps ensure corrections are only triggered by your dog’s vocalizations—not surrounding noise.

Do I need the mobile app for the collar to work?
No. Once you complete the setup process, the collar operates on its own and doesn't requrie the app. However, if you would like access to features like Bark History and E-Collar mode, then you would need the app.

What happens if another dog barks nearby my dog? Will they be corrected?
Your dog won't get corrected. The Dogtra Smart NoBark uses a Triple-Detection system that detects physical vibration of your dog's vocal cords and the sound frequency of a bark to trigger it.

Will the Dogtra Smart NoBark work for stubborn dogs?
Yes, the Dogtra Smart NoBark has 100 adjustable levels, which allows it to be effective for both sensitive and stubborn dogs.
- ACCURACY = SAFETY: An advanced triple detection sequence accurately detects and verifies barking and other behaviors, such as whining and howling. The algorithm filters out ambient noises and general motions, like head shaking, to prevent accidental corrections.
- EASY PEASY: A complimentary app allows convenient control (33 ft range) of mode settings, e-collar commands, usage notifications, and barking behavior reports. The app is not required to operate the device. Once settings are configured, the collar functions independently.
- CORRECTION MODES: 1) Count barking only, 2) Pager vibration only, 3) Static levels 1–10, 4) Auto Increase mode that gradually raises correction until the behavior stops. Modes can be set directly on the collar or through the app (within 33 ft range).
