-
1. Can the heater keep heating without setting a timer?
No. For safety reasons, the heater defaults to a 4-hour auto-shutoff upon startup. Additionally, the heater will automatically shut off if it detects a tilt during operation.
-
2. Can I place the heater under my body or cover my body to keep warm?
No. This can cause the heater to bend and damage its internal heating element, posing a safety hazard. In addition, the heater will not function properly if it is not placed vertically.
-
3.Why is the heater not as hot as the display shows?
The display shows the internal temperature of the heater. Place it correctly and cover the top with a blanket for more warmth. Please do not cover or wrap the heating sides with blankets.
