• The water sprays the back wall instead of me, can I adjust the angle?

Yes, most shower heads are fixed – you crouch or press against the wall. This magnetic handheld shower head has a 360° brass ball joint that adjusts to any angle – for tall, short, or tub corners. No crouching, no soaked curtains.

• The water pressure is weak, will this actually improve it?

Absolutely. Low pressure is often caused by a built‑in flow restrictor that limits water output. SOMDARHK shower head includes a removable 1.8 GPM restrictor – keep it in for water savings, or take it out for a powerful, invigorating spray experience

• Why does the showerhead keep falling off and won’t stay securely attached to the bracket?

Perhaps you’ve connected the fittings the wrong way around. Switch the conical end to the shower head and it will fit in the holder.

• Is this handheld shower hose durable?

Absolutely, SOMDARHK shower head with 72‑inch stainless steel hose is flexible, kink‑resistant, handles high pressure, won’t burst – no PVC or peeling, durable.

• What is the solution of leaking issue?

If there is a leak at the threaded connection, we recommend wrapping 3–5 turns of Teflon tape (plumber’s tape) around the threaded end to create a tight, watertight seal.
