Why isn't my electric blanket heating up?
Please follow the correct power-on sequence:
1. First, connect the controller plug to the blanket socket (ensure it clicks into place).
2. Then, plug the power cord into the wall outlet.
3. Finally, set your desired temperature and timer.

Can I leave it on overnight?
We recommend preheating before sleep, then turning it off once in bed. The blanket also has a 10-hour auto shut-off for safety if you fall asleep with it on. For safety and to prevent dry skin, we suggest you don't keep it running all night.
