Is this cat house waterproof and suitable for outdoor use?
Yes. It is made of 600D thickened Oxford cloth, which is weatherproof and durable. It also features a sloped roof, elevated base, rainproof curtains, and ground stakes. Please note that the heating pad should be used inside the cat house.

Why doesn't the roof fastener align properly?
The roof has two creases. First, find the roof ridge crease (not the packaging crease near the skylight) and pre-fold it. Second, align this fold with the top center peak of the main frame. Finally, press all fastener edges firmly.

Is the heating pad removable?
Yes, you can take it out according to changes in temperature. Our cat house is All Season Friendly.

Does it have an escape door?
Yes, it is equipped with an escape door. We have also designed an observation window, allowing you to check on the situation inside the cat house at any time without disturbing the kittens.

Does it fit multiple cats?
Sure. The S-size fits 1 Small Cat, recommended up to 8 lbs (3.5 kg); The M-size fits 1 adult cat or 2 small cats, recommended up to 15 lbs (7 kg); The L-size fits 1–2 cats or 1 small dog, recommended up to 22 lbs (10 kg)
