Harness is no pull and protects dog from choking while pulling. Most of the neoprene harnesses on the market require it to go over the dogs head and then clip on the side, which can be a hassle when just slipping on a harness for a walk. But this design has all the amazing qualities of neoprene but in a step-in style. Perfect for slipping on for routine walks and easy to get on and off.
