    Product description

If you find that the water flow of the water dispenser is not controlled, please follow the following steps:

    1. Fully disassemble the water bucket, spring valve plunger, silicone gasket and base tray.

    2. Scrub away pet hair, mucus residue and grime on the spring spool and sealing gasket with warm water and the supplied cleaning brush.

    3. Inspect the silicone seal: replace the gasket right away if it is deformed, scratched or flattened.

    4. Manually stretch and reset the compression spring to restore its rebound elasticity.

    5. Re‑assemble all parts and test the shut‑off performance multiple times; the water flow should cut‑off automatically once the base water‑level hits the set height.

    • Tip: Before opening the water dispenser outlet, you need to cover the water dispenser cover first, otherwise the water dispenser will continue to discharge water, causing the water in the water bowl to overflow.
    • Large 9.5L Capacity: This large dog water bowl dispenser provides 5-11 days of water for large pets on a single refill. It's perfect for vacations, hot summer days, or multi-pet households. It reduces the need for frequent refills.
    • Gravity-Feed: The automatic dog water dispenser uses gravity feed, requiring no electricity and automatically refilling, eliminating the need for owners to constantly monitor the water level. A transparent window clearly displays the water level.
    • Easy to Clean: The split design makes this dog water dispenser easy to disassemble. The bucket and base can be easily separated, allowing for easy cleaning. Weekly rinsing is recommended.
    • Quiet and Spill-Proof Design: Gravity water bowl for dogs uses a motorless drive to ensure quiet water flow. The raised rim effectively prevents spills.
    • Non-Slip Base: The base features a non-slip pad to prevent your pet from tipping over the bowl, providing a superior drinking experience.
