-
Why does my rug have creases?
Your rug was folded for shipping, so light creases are normal.
-
How can I fix the creases on my rug?
1.Place rug flat; creases relax in 2–3 days
2.To speed up: reverse roll (roll opposite crease, hold 1–2 mins)
3.Use damp towel + warm iron (press gently; never direct iron)
4.Heavy objects work in 12–24 hours.
5.Foot traffic settles rug in 3–5 days
-
Which Method Should I Use?
Want fastest results? → Reverse Roll + Warm Iron
Don’t have tools? → Heavy Items
No rush? → Lay Flat + Foot Traffic
- Size: 2' x 5' (24" x 60") , good for narrow hallways, laundry rooms, or alongside kitchen counters. Color: The entry rug is printed in navy and white. Please note the rug's color may appear slightly different under varying lighting conditions
- Printed Design and Soft: Featuring original designs, floral rug adds style to any space. Made from high-grade polyester, it offers a soft touch and maintains its vibrant look with regular use, making it a long-lasting and stylish addition to your home
- Remove Creases: Folded packaging ensures easy transport. To smooth out creases, use a low-heat iron over a damp towel. Alternatively, roll the rug in reverse, use heavy objects, or allow it to flatten naturally over time
- Machine Washable Runner: This carpet runner is easy to clean—machine washable, vacuum, sweep, or wipe with a cloth. Use a low-speed vacuum to avoid bunching, as its thin, lightweight design may shift with stronger vacuums. Avoid bleach to preserve color
- Non-Slip Design: Our professional non-slip design ensures the 2x5 runner stays put, significantly reducing the risk of slips and falls, providing top-notch safety for families, especially those with children and pets
- Low-pile design (0.3" thin): It keeps doors swinging smoothly without obstruction and reduces tripping risks. The slim profile fits any decor, pairs well with low furniture, and saves space while adding warmth—balancing practicality and style
- Rug thickness varies by size: 12ft+ or 5x7 and larger are ~0.2in, smaller sizes 0.3in. Thinner larger sizes ease machine washing (less tangling/damage) while keeping same durability and comfort.
