Why does the humidifier's water tank develop scale?
Scale forms when non-distilled water is heated above 70°C (158°F). Clean the tank weekly to maintain efficiency. (Tip: Scale doesn’t affect mist purity.)

What is an effective method to remove limescale from my stainless steel humidifier?
Add 20g of citric acid to water or use 500ml of cola and activate the automatic cleaning mode. This will effectively remove limescale.

Why is there noise when heating is used?
Before using the humidifier, ensure the outside of the water tank and the heating plate are dry to avoid unusual sounds. During rapid heating, the water tank may produce normal boiling sounds.

Why is the output of the fog small or invisible?
It takes at least 30 minutes to heat and produce mist.
The design creates a pure warm mist with smaller water molecules compared to traditional ultrasonic humidifiers, but it results in greater humidification.
