Excellent Spring＆Stable Connection
- Made of high quality double-layer reinforced silicone rubber.
- Spring can be stretched to about 3 inches, making it easy to put the silicone band heater on various diameters of buckets, keeping it tightly fixed on the bucket and won't fall off.
Adjustable Temperature
- The temperature of the 5-gallon drum silicon heater can be controlled on a thermostat in the range of 86-302°F (30-150°C).For plastic drums, it is recommended that the thermostat be set below 100°F (37°C).
Attention
1. The power connections must be adequately rated to electrically support the voltage and amperage of the heater.
2. Please install the heater in the proper location. (usually 1/3 of the way to the bottom).
3. Do not overlap the heater on itself or another heater.
4. Do not operate heater above rated temperature value.
5. Turn the adjustable dial on the heater control box before connecting the heater to a power source.
6. If any abnormality occurs, disconnect the power supply and allow the heater to cool before proceeding.
