How is Riko different from a regular cat feeder?
Unlike regular feeders that simply dispense dry food, Riko automatically grinds freeze-dried food, adds water at your chosen ratio, and serves freshly rehydrated meals on schedule, bringing more moisture to every meal.

Can I customize my cat’s meals and feeding schedules?
Yes. Adjust the food-to-water ratio from 1:1 to 1:5 for texture and hydration needs, or use Water Mode for water only. With the Neakasa App, schedule meals, set 1–15 g portions, track meal records and feeding trends, and manage feeding remotely.

What types of food can I use with Riko?
Freeze-Dried Complete Meals are best for Riko, offering balanced nutrition while adding moisture to every meal. Freeze-dried treats and air-dried food are also suitable. Baked food is less suitable, while extruded kibble is least recommended.
