  • What technology do you use?

    We use advanced TDR (Time Domain Reflectometry) technology. Unlike standard sensors, TDR resists corrosion and isn't affected by soil salts, delivering highly precise and stable moisture readings to keep your plants perfectly healthy.

  • How far can the monitor receive data from the sensor?

    Up to 60-150 meters in an open area. To ensure a stable 433.92MHz signal, avoid placing the monitor near metal objects, iron doors, or refrigerators.

  • Why doesn't the moisture reading change immediately after watering?

    Water takes time to seep down to the root zone! Plus, to maximize battery life, the sensor transmits data in intervals rather than constantly. Please wait up to 30 minutes after watering for the soil to stabilize and the screen to update.

  • Do I need to download an app or have Wi-Fi to use this?

    Not at all! It uses an independent RF signal to connect sensors directly to the LCD display. No Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, apps, or account registration needed. Just insert the batteries for instant, hassle-free monitoring straight out of the box!

  • Can one monitor connect to multiple sensors for different plants?

    Yes, one monitor can pair with multiple sensors. You can press the "<" or ">" buttons on the monitor to easily switch and view different sensor readings
