How to Adjust the Harness
Adjust the Neck
Tighten: Slide the ladder lock downward. The neck circumference is at its smallest when the ladder lock is at the lowest end of the elastic band.
Loosen: Slide the ladder lock upward. The neck circumference is at its largest when the ladder lock is at the highest end of the elastic band.

Adjust the Chest/Belly
Tighten: Push the webbing above the ladder lock downward to form an arch, pull out more webbing, then straighten the webbing from the other end. The chest circumference is at its smallest when the ladder lock is at the lowest end of the elastic band.
Loosen: Push the webbing below the ladder lock upward to form an arch, pull out more webbing, then straighten the webbing from the other end. The chest circumference is at its largest when the ladder lock is at the highest end of the elastic band.
