Adjust the Neck
Tighten: Pinch the webbing above the ladder lock downward into an arch, then pull it straight from the other end and slide it downward toward the handle. Neck circumference is at its smallest when the ladder lock is at the webbing's square stitching
Loosen: Pinch the webbing below the ladder lock upward into an arch, then pull it straight from the other end and slide it upward toward the D-ring near the neck. Neck circumference is at its largest when the ladder lock is next to the square buckle

Chest/Belly Adjustment
Tighten: Pinch the webbing just above the ladder lock to form an upward arch. From the opposite end, pull the webbing straight and slide it upward. The chest circumference is minimized when the ladder lock reaches the stitching where the webbing meets the padding.
Loosen: Pinch the webbing just below the ladder lock to form an upward arch. From the opposite end, pull the webbing straight and slide it downward. The chest circumference is maximized when the ladder lock sits adjacent to the buckle.
