    Check the connection icon on your smart device. Ensure Bluetooth is on, the scale is within range, and battery is not low. Restart the app and toggle Bluetooth off and on to reconnect the scale.

  • Why does it fail to connect to your device?

    Ensure only one device is connecting to the scale, and that your device supports Bluetooth 4.0 or higher.

  • Is my data stored securely?

    Our app follows international data protection standards. Your data is used only for personalized health tracking and is never shared without your consent.

  • Why does the scale only detect weight?

    Make sure you've set up and selected your personal profile in the iMoni Health App, and that Bluetooth is connected while taking a measurement.

  • Why are my measurements inaccurate?

    For best results, weigh yourself at the same time each day. Wait for the scale to show "0.0" before stepping on. Stand barefoot and still until the measurement finishes. Avoid weighing immediately after exercise, bathing, or heavy meals.
