How do I know if the ball is tightened properly before use?
Twist the two halves together until secure. You may hear a gentle “click” from the built-in stopper. After the click, continue twisting slightly until the ball feels snug.
-
Why does the ball stop moving after a few minutes? Is it malfunctioning?
No. To save battery life, the ball automatically plays for about 5 minutes and then enters standby mode. Simply tap the ball to wake it up and continue playing. If it stays untouched in standby mode for 20 minutes, it will automatically power off.
-
How can I turn the bird sound on or off?
Press and hold the light button for 2 seconds to turn the bird chirping sound on or off. A short beep means Sound Off, while a bird chirp means Sound On.
-
How do I choose the right play mode for my dog?
Press the power button to switch between 3 interactive modes. Rapid Mode is great for energetic dogs who love chasing, Gentle Mode provides quieter and smoother movement, and Touch-Activated Mode lets your dog start the game by tapping the ball.
-
How long does the battery last and how do I know when it needs charging?
The built-in 500mAh rechargeable battery provides up to 1 hour of continuous play. The LED indicator shows the charging status: flashing red means low battery, solid red means charging, and solid green means fully charged.
- 3 Interactive Modes for Most Dogs：Designed with 3 play modes for dogs with different personalities and energy levels. Gentle Mode features soft back-and-forth rotation to reduce sudden movements for cautious dogs. Touch-Activated Mode lets your dog start the fun with a simple tap, helping shy puppies build confidence. Rapid Mode provides faster movement to keep energetic dogs active and engaged.
- 7 Colorful LED Light Effects：Equipped with 8 RGB LEDs and 7 customizable lighting effects, including vibrant multicolor patterns and soft rotating solid colors to keep dogs visually engaged. Easily switch between lighting modes with a single press of the light button, or turn the lights off completely for light-sensitive pets.
- Realistic Bird Sounds – Featuring lifelike bird chirping sounds that naturally capture your dog's attention and encourage active play. Double-press the light button to turn the sound on or off. A short beep confirms Sound Off, while a bird chirp confirms Sound On, so you always know the current sound setting without guessing.
- Tap-to-Wake & Smart Power Saving – Once powered on, the interactive dog ball moves randomly for 5 minutes before entering standby mode. Your dog can simply tap the ball to instantly wake it up and continue playing. After 20 minutes of inactivity in standby mode, the toy automatically powers off to help conserve battery. Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to restart.
- Memory Function & USB-C Charging: The built-in memory function remembers your last settings, so playtime starts just the way your dog likes it. The 500mAh battery provides up to 1 hour of continuous play. USB-C charging makes recharging easy. LED indicators show battery status: flashing red at 10% battery, solid red while charging and solid green when fully charged.
