    Don't worry – this is usually not a permanent pump failure! After long-term use, hair or slime may build up inside the pump. Just unplug, open the pump housing, clean the impeller with a cotton swab, reassemble, and it'll work again.

  • Why does hair still clog the pump occasionally? Is the filtration ineffective?

    Our 4-stage filter catches the vast majority of debris, but due to gravity and tiny gaps, some hair may still get through – no filter can catch 100%. That's why we made the pump easy to clean. You can watch our 1-min cleaning video on the listing.
