Does this brush produce hot steam?
No. This brush produces cool mist only. It does not heat water or release hot steam, making it suitable for daily grooming when used as directed.

Can I use it with shampoo or grooming liquid?
You can use clean water, or a pet-safe grooming liquid only if it is properly diluted according to the liquid’s instructions. Avoid thick shampoo, oils, detergents, or sticky liquids because they may clog the mist outlet.

What pets is it best for?
It works best for cats and dogs with medium, long, fluffy or shedding prone coats. Very short coats may collect less fur and may need repeated brushing.

Will nervous cats be scared by the mist?
Some pets may need time to adjust. Start with the mist turned off, let your pet smell the brush, then use short brushing sessions before turning on the cool mist.

Why is the mist weak?
Check that the tank has enough water, the mist outlet is clean, and the brush is held at a proper angle. Thick liquids or residue may reduce mist output.
