How frequently does the filters need to be replaced?
For the health of your pets, please change the filter every 1-2 weeks. In extreme cases, after cleaning and drying the filter thoroughly, it can be used for another 3-5 times

How to clean the water pump?
Please refer to the user manual for cleaning guide. The MOST IMPORTANT STEP is to remove the impeller inside the pump and carefully clean both the impeller and its slot, as these two components are often the primary causes of water pump failures

What should I do if the water fountain is dispensing a low amount of water or dispensing no water at all?
1. Check if the water level reaches the minimum level and make sure to refill the water to the maximum level
