It is recommended to rinse the bottom pad with water first, then apply foam and clean the stained area with a brush, then rinse with clean water and air dry. Washing in the washing machine is not recommended as this will damage the waterproof coating and make it no longer waterproof.

Q1. What size of pets is this playpen suitable for?
This playpen fits small dogs, hamsters, rabbits, kittens and other small pets. Ideal for gentle pets that don’t chew or jump often.
Note: Not for active, chewing or dashing pets to avoid playpen damage and pet injury.

Q2. Is the playpen easy to install? How about its stability?
Tool-free assembly, one person can finish quickly.
Secure with ground stakes outdoors for better stability. Installing the bottom pad boosts steadiness; the set with top cover and bottom pad offers the best stability.

Q3. How is the water-resistant effect of the bottom pad? What are the daily cleaning precautions?
The bottom pad is water-resistant, effectively blocking daily pet water stains？
Clean with a damp cloth only. Do not machine wash, scrub vigorously or soak for long, it may damage the water-resistant layer.

Q4. Can the playpen form a square/rectangle? Do the bottom pad and top cover fit multiple shapes?
The metal frame can be adjusted to octagon, square or rectangle manually.
Note: Bottom pad and top cover only fit the octagonal shape. Incompatible with other shapes, buy cautiously if this matters.

All playpens: 24" uniform width, 4 heights: 24"/30"/36"/42"
Pick a height 10"+ taller than your dog’s shoulder height (e.g., 24" for dogs ≤14"). Size up for jumpy/active dogs.
