Restore the security and functionality of your sliding screen door with this Prime-Line Sliding Screen Door Handle and Latch Set. Designed as a replacement for worn, broken, cracked, or damaged screen door handles, this non-handed assembly fits both left- and right-sliding screen doors for versatile installation. Commonly used by Superior Aluminum, Precision, and other sliding screen door manufacturers, it provides a dependable solution for restoring smooth door operation. Constructed with a durable black plastic housing and sliding lock tab, this handle set is built to resist corrosion and everyday wear. The zinc-plated steel latch delivers reliable engagement and measures 2-9/16 in. long with an 11/16 in. projection. The latch slides up and down to engage a compatible keeper, helping secure the screen door from the inside. Designed for doors with 3 in. mounting hole spacing and 9/32 in. diameter mounting holes, this replacement handle installs easily using standard hardware. For proper operation, a compatible keeper such as Prime-Line A 217 is required and sold separately. Compare dimensions and mounting hole locations with your existing hardware before ordering to ensure proper fit.
