A fresh, long-lasting gel insert – designed only for the GOOCARE 2-in-1 Cooling Pet Pad.

This replacement gel cooling insert is not a stand-alone mat. It must be used with the GOOCARE 2-in-1 Cooling Pet Pad with Removable Gel Insert (leak-proof, machine-washable, non-slip cover) .

Material & Safety
Made from high-molecular SAP (Super Absorbent Polymer) – non-toxic and pet-safe. The gel stays cool without electricity or ice.

⚠️ Activation is Key
Always fully hydrate the pad with room-temperature water before refrigerating or freezing. The SAP sheet will not provide a cooling effect when dry.

Fridge & Freezer Guidelines (from product manual)
Daily use at room temperature: After full hydration, the pad provides instant, automatic cooling without refrigeration.
Best chill (fridge only): Place the pad in the refrigerator at 32–40°F / 0–4°C for 30 minutes for a comfortable, gentle chill.
Short freezer use (with caution): Do not freeze for more than 1 hour. Avoid freezing the pad completely solid, as this may damage the gel structure.
If the pad feels firm after cooling: Let it warm up and soften at room temperature before letting your pet use it for the best comfort.

Important Safety Note
If the inner pad could come into direct contact with your pet, always use it inside the provided GOOCARE cover after refrigerating or freezing. This prevents direct cold exposure and protects the pad from chewing.

How to Activate & Use
Rough side up – lay flat.
Rinse or soak in room-temperature water until each section puffs up (usually 20–30 minutes).
Wipe off surface water completely.
Smooth side up – insert into your GOOCARE cooling pad cover.
For extra cooling: refrigerate for 30 minutes or (if needed) freeze for up to 1 hour before placing inside the cover.
Choose the size that matches your existing GOOCARE cooling pad cover.
Safety & Care
Supervise your pet during first use.
Do not allow pets to chew the insert.
Replace if damaged.
