Why the Button Doesn't Respond When Pressed?
Pressing, pushing, or holding the power button won't work. Simply tap it gently for proper operation.
-
What would happen if I add essential oils to this humidifier?
Essential oils will corrode the humidifier, causing the water tank or base to crack.
-
Could I put the humidifier on the floor or a wooden table?
Yes, but it isn’t the smartest move: 1. Best place to put a humidifier is where the most airflow is. 2. Potential of wetting the surroundings due to locally high humidity levels, it is recommended to put a tray underneath it.
-
Is the bubbling/knocking sound it makes while running normally?
It is normal for the humidifier to have bubbling sounds sometimes. It is the sound of water moving from the water tank to the base. Other times it is quiet and does not affect its performance.
-
Is it normal to have standing water in the base when you refill the water reservoir?
Yes, it's normal. The water flowing from the tank to the base when you add water and place it back is part of the humidifier's operation. It draws water from the tank and disperses it through the base to increase room humidity.
- Overnight Comfort on One Fill: Add moisture to dry bedroom air with the 2L tank, delivering up to 24 hours of cool mist on low or 10 hours on high for fewer refill breaks.
- Quiet Comfort at Bedtime: Runs below 26 dB, with an indicator that turns off after 10 seconds of inactivity, so you can enjoy nighttime humidity without a constant bedside glow.
- Space for Bedside Essentials: The 5.1 x 5.1 in footprint leaves room on your nightstand. Humidifies rooms up to 320 sq ft, from bedrooms and home offices to indoor plant spaces.
- Mist Your Way: Set the output with a gentle tap, choosing from four mist levels up to 200 mL/h. The 360° nozzle lets you aim the mist without moving the humidifier.
- Filter-Free Everyday Comfort: Enjoy cool mist without replacement-filter costs. The removable bottom-fill tank and included brush support routine care. Backed by a five-year warranty.
