Will it still clean automatically without Wi-Fi?
Yes. Automatic cleaning can continue even if Wi-Fi is temporarily unavailable. Wi-Fi is mainly required for APP features such as remote control, settings, and activity records.

Is it safe if my cat approaches while the litter box is cleaning?
Yes. Multiple safety protections, including infrared sensing, microwave radar, weight detection, and Touch-Stop protection, help detect your cat and stop the cleaning cycle when needed.

What cats can use this litter box?
The open-top design is suitable for cats up to 27 lb. Very small kittens may not be reliably detected by the weight sensor, so manual cleaning / kitten-safe operation is recommended until they are large enough for automatic mode.

What type of cat litter works best?
Clumping clay litter is recommended for the best cleaning performance. Fine bentonite-based clumping litter also works well. Large pellets, pine, tofu, and other low-clumping litters are not recommended.
