Our factory manufactures high-performance black shade netting in varied shade densities and customizable dimensions. We stock three mainstream specifications: 40%, 50%, 70% and 90% shading rate to accommodate diversified application scenarios.
- 40%: Blocks 40% direct sunlight. Fits sun-loving plants and open outdoor areas with sufficient ambient light reserved.
- 50%: Blocks 50% direct sunlight. Suitable for vegetable cultivation and outdoor rest areas for stable plant growth.
- 70%: Blocks 70% direct sunlight. Ideal for seedling breeding, shade-loving plants, construction pet enclosure shading.
- 90%: Blocks 90% direct sunlight. Used for outdoor living areas to lower ambient temperature for cool space.
Upgraded Two-sided Technology
We use lock-stitch knititing technology to make sure our product will not unravel. We have enhanced the durability and extensibility of shade cloth. Fashionable orange lines make the products more beautiful and conform to the aesthetics of the courtyard.
Side Reinforcement
The shade cloth made of high density polyethylene is lightweight and durable and provides maximum airflow and stretch-ability. We re-placed plastic sheets in the aluminum holes on each side so that each side can be better fixed and hung more conveniently.
Ensure the Dimensions Correct
We pay attention to the buyer's experience after receiving the product. Every piece of shade cloth is measured by our workers with a ruler. We insist on taking real photos. The products you receive are the same as the photos we take.
- Durable Material: The size of shade cloth is 20 x 48 FT, made of high-quality HDPE polyethylene material, provide 70% sun shading rate and anti-fading of ultraviolet. We use the new raw materials of this year, the effect of shading and heat insulation has been enhanced.
- Easy Installation: Our mesh tarp edges are machine sewn with grommets every 3' on all 4 sides. Pieces can be joined with zip ties or strung up on 2-sides with a wire lines to form whatever size your installation requires. The machine-sewn edges are strong and only need to hang or fix with rope.
