Product description
Quick Start Guide: Help Your Pet Enjoy the Snuffle Mat
Build a Positive Association: For the first use, do not hide the food. Liberally scatter your pet's favorite high-value treats on the mat's surface where they are easily visible. This allows your pet to find and eat them effortlessly, creating a link between the mat and "easily obtaining delicious food".
Progress from Easy to Challenging:Once your pet is familiar with the mat, start by partially covering treats. Then, gradually progress to tucking treats completely deep into the felt, encouraging your pet to use its sense of smell to search.
Integrate into Daily Meals: You can sprinkle a portion of your pet's daily kibble on the mat instead of using a bowl. This naturally slows down eating speed and aids digestion.
Control Session Duration:It is recommended to limit each play session to 5-15 minutes. End the session while your pet is still engaged to maintain its freshness and anticipation for the next time.
Supervision is Required During Use: Please supervise your pet while it is using the mat. If you notice your pet attempting to chew on the mat, immediately redirect its attention with a toy or a command, and then put the mat away.
