MEASURE BEFORE ORDERING
1. Measure Your Dog's Neck - Use a soft measuring tape around the base of the neck where the collar will be worn.
2. Check the Fit - The tape should be snug, with enough room for two fingers underneath.
3. Match to Our Size Chart - Compare your measurement with our size chart and select the appropriate size.
*Do NOT rely on breed, weight, or previous collar sizes. For the best fit, always measure your dog before ordering.
-
How bright is the LED light on this dog collar?
The PetIsay LED dog collar features ultra-bright LED lights visible up to 400 yards in the dark, ensuring your dog stays safe and visible during night walks or outdoor adventures. Perfect for maximum visibility in low-light environments.
-
How long does the battery last on a full charge?
The collar features a long-lasting rechargeable battery, providing at least 8 hours of continuous light on a single charge. Perfect for evening strolls or longer hikes, it ensures your dog stays visible throughout your adventures.
-
Is the LED dog collar waterproof?
Absolutely! This collar is 100% waterproof, so your dog can wear it in the rain or even swim with it. Just make sure the rubber cap on the charging port is securely closed before submerging it in water.
-
How do I choose the right size for my dog?
Measure your dog's neck, add 1 inch for comfort, then pick the size from the chart where their measurement fits in the "Neck Girth" range. If between sizes, choose the larger one.
-
How durable is the collar?
The PetIsay LED dog collar is built tough with high-quality nylon webbing and a durable, high-strength composite ABS buckle. It’s ready for whatever your dog gets into—whether it's playtime, rain, or mud. It’s made to last through it all!
- 💡 Ultra-Bright LED Beads (Brighter Than Light Bars!) - Features multiple high-intensity LED beads delivering 3X the brightness of standard light guide collars. Enjoy vivid illumination on fast/slow flash & steady modes – no dim spots or "half-neck glow" at night for maximum safety
- 🔄 Full-Length Adjustable & Collar-Soft Comfort - Uniquely flexible design feels as soft as a regular nylon collar! Adjust every inch of the collar (including lighted sections) for a perfect fit – unlike rigid light bars that limit sizing to small sections
- 🌧️ 100% Waterproof for Any Adventure - Engineered with sealed waterproof tech for worry-free use in rain, lakes, or baths (charging port covered). Durable nylon withstands mud, snow, and rugged play – rinse clean in seconds
- 🔋 3 Lighting Modes & 8-16 Hour Runtime - Tailor the visibility with 3 distinct modes (Fast-Flash, Slow-Flash, Steady) for different needs. A single charge delivers up to 8-16 hours of light, balancing brightness and runtime for short walks or all-night adventures. Features a modern USB-C port for a full, 1-hour quick charge. The rechargeable battery offers eco-friendly convenience over disposables
- ✅ 90-Day Free Replacement Guarantee - Backed by a 90-day defect-free promise. If any manufacturing flaw occurs, contact us for a free replacement or refund within 24 hours – no hassles
