What are black soldier fly larvae fed on?
Our soldier worms are fed on recycled food waste only.

At what age should my chickens be before giving them these?
We recommend waiting until your chicks are 3 weeks or older. Make sure that you give your little ones access to chick grit when providing the worms.

Are these worms oven dried or freeze dried?
They are dried by microwave to retain its great flavor, followed by hand selection to gurantee that you get grade A worms.

How much of these to chickens eat a day?
We suggest that each chicken should be fed with 20 grams of worms, but not only worms. It is better that you mix the worms with other chicken feed so that your chickens can get a balanced diet each day.

Can human being take these worms too?
No. BSFL are not recommended for human consumption, only for animals.

When your birds are going through molting, adding some extra amount of worms to their feed will boost rapid and healthy feather regrowth
